The dance studio is CLOSED today - 6/26!
Do you have the correct tights and shoes?
Pre K I and Pre K II:
Dancers need white tights and white ballet slippers
K-Combo:
Dancers need tan tights and black tap shoes
All dancers 1st grade & older:
jazz-tan tights, tan shoes ballet-pink tights, pink shoes tap-tan tights, black tap shoes lyrical-tan tights, tan shoes modern-tan tights, no shoes pointe-pink tights, pink pointe shoes hip hop-tan tights, black hip hop sneakers

Saturday - June 28th - 3:30pm

Sunday - June 29th - 12:00pm

Reminders:

Come fully dressed in your tights, costume, dance shoes, hair in a bun, and make up on before coming backstage.

Dancers should arrive 30 minutes prior to show time.

Only dancers who perform in more than one number should bring a dance bag with them.
-
Do NOT bring ANYTHING with you backstage (no toys, cell phones, water bottles, food, etc.).

No temporary tattoos, dark colored nail polish or jewelry (stud earrings are acceptable).

Dancers in more than one number should put their tan tights on first (if ballet is first in the show, the pink tights will go over their tan tights), wear a tan leotard and bring their empty hanger for their additional costume.

Dancers in Pre K I, Pre K Il and K-Combo classes will be handed to their parent/guardian off the front of the stage after the finale. Older dancers will be picked up where they were dropped off.

Only dancers and staff are permitted backstage.

Label EVERYTHING with your name - especially shoes and tights for those that are changing

Welcome to Just for Kicks School of Dance!
Our studio has been part of the Island Park community for over 35 years!
Our classes create well-rounded dancers, with poise, confidence, discipline, and of course
physical strength and endurance.
Our talented staff provides a diverse range of dance training.
At Just for Kicks we strive to make learning fun by offering creativity and positivity - leaving students with an enriched sense of self, therefore, allowing students to take great pride in their work.
We hope that this will be the beginning of an enjoyable dance experience for you and your family!
Our state of the art studio features sprung flooring to create a safer dance environment. Each room features full length mirrors as well as a wall barre system.
We offer classes for students ages 2 and up. All classes are separation classes.
Parents and guardians may enjoy the amenities of the shopping center which features:
Panera, Sangria 71, Waterfront Nails, EM Solar and King Kullen.
We currently offer classes in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop
and Combo Classes (Combo Classes are for ages 5 and under).
Our classes run September through June and we feature a recital each year at the end of June.
We also offer classes during the summer!
